Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Magpie Hunt digital subscriptions purchased through Paddle checkout.

Refund window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal if the service was not used as expected or a billing error occurred. We review requests fairly and may ask for account or order details to locate the transaction.

Cancellations

A subscription can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

How to request help

Contact support@magpiehunt.com with the checkout email address, Paddle order details, and a short reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.
